Interview
There are 2 interviews at least and one technical assignment. They start with cultural fit interview then technical interview.
They evaluate the personality and if the candidate is passionate about learning and new technologies. They focus on communication skills.

They ask questions to check if I'm cultural fit or not by asking about what I have learnt recently, My goals, How to be motivated, my career goals, my expectations...etc
