Initial interview with a very patient and generous recruiter. Then a homework assignment which wasn't difficult but had details that would distinguish somebody who didn't pay attention to details, Lastly an on site interview (2.5-3) hours . The interview was great - it clearly showed they were interested in the person and how they would fit into the company.
I can't say enough nice things about this company. The managing partner is terrific, the technical architect is smart and it's genuinely the type of small organization you want to work for - not overly impressed with themselves and completely focused on their team and their deliverables.
I was heartbroken that I couldn't take the job they offered (last minute issues with current job). They met my salary requirements and in general wanted to be as accommodating as possible.
