Here are the most commonly searched roles for interview reports -
Phone screening + on-site interview. Phone screening was largely informational. On-site interview consisted of maybe 8 30-minute interviews with various RAND employees. They gave me ample opportunity to ask questions, and some interviewees seemed more interested in answering my questions than asking me questions. Was a very pleasant experience, despite being a long day. They seemed genuinely interested in why I want to work at RAND, what my goals are, what my past experiences were like, etc.
