Had an phone interview first, week later took an hour long test (customer service related) and did a role play over the phone with Lead or Supervisor. Then 30min interview with supervisor

was interviewed and then had to do a few test runs on a computer and also the phone. pretty easy and everybody there was pretty laid back. would reccomend to friends and people job searchjng
