RH Design Associate interview questions

Phone interview and two in-person interviews. Asked for a portfolio. Did intense snow job. Told me I was a 'perfect culture fit.' Told me to expect a call for a fourth interview. Then ghosted.

Due to the pandemic, the first interview was through Zoom (which went well). The second interview was scheduled to be in-person but was postponed twice because the interviewer had a "headache." When it actually happened, she was on her phone for the first five minutes and regularly checked her phone throughout. There were several moments where I wanted to get up and leave. It was extremely disrespectful.
