RICS Community Manager interview questions

I interviewed here a while back. The recruiter was professional and understood well my skills, so she wanted to put me forward. The interview itself was awful; a couple of dinosaurs who had no clue about community. They said there’s no flexible working as they need a regular presence in London due to company politics - red flag! They had no interest discussing the culture and looked like classic “accidental managers”. How they got into that position without any fundamental understanding of community was responsible flag no 2. Also asked me to prepare a presentation and I had no opportunity to actually present it. Judging by recent reviews I dodged a bullet with these clowns.
