It is mostly getting to know you and if it will be a good culture fit. You will meet many team members, which seems intimidating, but everyone is nice and ultimately they just want to get to know you. The little things matter a lot. (bringing resume, punctuality, attire, follow-ups, etc.)
Pretty easy, I was contacted via linkedin, and it was a phone interview. Asked basic interview questions, interviewer was friendly. Deciding if I will follow through with job if offered.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ROCS Grad Staffing (Reston, VA) in Jan 2017
Interview
Phone interview with face to face interview with the entire team and also a follow up mock sales phone call. The interview process was intense but very well done.
