Interview
I recently had an interview process with ROLLER, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. After an initial conversation with HR, I was asked to complete a take-home test, which required time and effort. I submitted the assignment within the given deadline, but after that, I never heard back—no feedback, no update, not even a rejection email.
I followed up multiple times, but my messages were ignored. A simple response acknowledging my effort and providing closure would have been appreciated. Ghosting candidates after assigning unpaid work reflects poorly on a company’s professionalism and respect for applicants.
I understand that hiring processes can be competitive, but communication is key to maintaining a good employer reputation. I hope they improve their candidate experience in the future.
