Interview
I applied for a virtual hiring event of Lowe's Home Improvement (Lowe's purchased Rona in 2016). Then I got a link to set a date for a virtual interview. At the virtual interview, a recruiter asked me a few basic questions. Following the virtual Interview, I had an in-person interview with a Manager at Rona (Nepean store). The manager was very positive and friendly. It was a very easy interview. However, she said that she did not have any department manager position, and she wanted to know if I was ready to accept a sales associate role. I told her that with my skills, experience and competencies I was expecting a more challenging role and I declined to accept the offer.
