RSM Director Risk Advisory interview questions

The actual interview process was ok, met with various Partners and Directors. However, the follow-up was horrible. There was no straight up response and try to low-ball me on the position/title. They mentioned they were going to move forward with an offer but after a month, never heard from them. Very unprofessional and it was a waste of time.
