By far the worst interview experience I've ever witnessed. Started well with the 1st round interview. I was interviewed by 2 managers and was asked basic behavioral questions. After that, I moved on to the final round interview with 2 directors, and it felt more like a conversation about the work I've done and a few behavioral questions. The terrible experience is what happened after the interview. The recruiter emailed me saying that the team liked me and was interested in extending me a full-time offer. The next day, she goes out on maternal leave, and a new recruiter steps in. She called me to see what my salary range is, and after that, I didn't hear anything for 3 weeks. I sent a follow-up email just for the recruiter to tell me that the team decided to move forward with an internal candidate instead. I've never felt so disrespected in my life.
