Online Assessment involved scenario questions that involve you to select the correct answers, some were behavioural questions, some required calculation. Useful to keep a calculator on hand.

Question 1
There were 3 video questions. One asks about why apply to this role instead of others, one on how you'd grow and learn the most that you can within RSM, then how you could consistently deliver high quality work.
submitted application, did some online tests and the pre-recorded video interview rounds in early September. Have sent numerous emails to follow up and no response. Assuming this means I'm rejected but they are keeping people waiting for their own benefit. So sick of graduate programmes doing this after asking you to complete multiple time-consuming tasks. Hostile and impersonal.
Questions asked were mainly about previous experience. Walk through your CV carefully and you will be able to answer those questions easily. Some behavioural questions were included. But they are very basic.
