You interview with 2 managers or partners from the Chicago, IL office for a 30 minute session each. Interviews, RSM info presentations, current intern panel, and RSM staff taking the prospective interns out to a fancy lunch lasts from 9AM-2PM.

Interview
Interview online in the morning, 30 min, went straight into questions, heard back a month or two later. The HR and interviewer were professional and approachable. The interview questions were straightforward and relevant.
Screening call with recruiter. Then two back to back 30 minute interviews. The interviews were mostly behavioral and why you want to work with specific team. There wasn’t any tricks as long as you prep well you will be fine.

Two 30-minute interviews with managers. They were very professional, positive, and respectful. Super easy interview. They sent very respectful emails after, and I asked for feedback on my interview, and they gave me some tips.
