Interview
I applied through college/university. The first round was on campus for 30 minutes with a manager. Second round was at the RSM office with a Partner and a Manager. There was also informal interviews with current associates. All questions were behavioral.
Basically with a group of other candidates where you meet each other and get assigned into groups where you have to complete a task then have an individual interview where they try to learn more about you and whether you are the right fit for their team.
Online Test moderate difficulty, Initial interview with basic questions, group discussion and another round witb technical accounting, taxation and general questions. I had interview through placement from college so the levels may differ from normal interview process.
The overall process was straightforward. First there was a hr screening interview then soon after a interview with the hiring managers. Mostly behavioural questions were asked that were job specific.
