I connected with McGladrey at my University career fair. I did an on campus interview with a full time employee who was not affiliated with HR. The interview was very conversational with behavioral based questions. On a scale of 1 to 5 rank a certain quality.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (Denver, CO) in Sept 2021
Interview
Interview consisted of 3 30 minute 1 on 1 conversations. There was a big focus on personality and getting to know you. Also some technical discussions but not hard questions. Also had a 1 hour technical test covering object oriented programming and SQL.

What is one project you worked on where you had difficulty with your teammates and how did you overcome?
The interview process overall was efficient and a positive overall experience. The correspondence was fantastic as my recruiter always got back to me when they said they would. The interviews were two short back-to-back interviews.
The interview process was straight forward, with two separate interviews. They were both phone interviews and one was supposed to be a video call but ended up as a regular call. Both easy conversations discussing job details.
