I had an initial interview with a recruiter. Very laid back. She basically told me about the job, didn't ask me many questions at all. Very laid back. I had the second interview with an audit manager. It was very conversational. Common behavioral questions, very laid back atmosphere. Definitely have plenty of questions ready to ask the interviewer. Overall a great experience. I got a call about an hour after the interview offering me the position.

Behavioral questions first round, second round was very casual and no behavioral questions. No accounting questions or difficult questions. Process was very quick and all in person. Great firm

The interview was more of a conversation, about why I wanted to work there. There was a pre-interview dinner where you had the chance to network with different professionals, including the person interviewing you. They just wanted to know your personality and if you were a good fit. I received an email saying they filled all the positions, but they wanted me to keep in touch and apply for their summer leadership program.
