I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (Gatwick, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
Filled in an application which involved motivations etc and CV upload. Got invited to first round assessment centre two weeks earlier which involved verbal and numerical reasoning test which lasted around an hour and was nothing too taxing but had to work quickly and accurately. About a week later I was invited to second round assessment centre which consisted of group exercise where you had to decide on a department to invest some money in and then present your decision to a group of company directors. Next was an interview which consisted of motivation questions, a couple of competency questions and a talk through your CV. Very relaxed atmosphere and seemed as though they were making up questions based on your answers and some questions were very unambiguous which was a bit annoying. Unfortunately they sat all the candidates in a room and the day involved a lot of waiting around and I got sent home before I had the chance to complete a case study because apparently I was too relaxed and not serious enough but they give you feedback on the day but they seemed to be very nit picky with the points for rejection and they didn't seem like genuine reasons.
