They flew me out to Tucson, AZ for a big hiring event in spring. The event consisted of meeting the managers, tours at RMS, and an interview stage. It was overall a positive experience; I enjoyed everyone that I met and the opportunity, but overall went with an offer at a different company, primarily due to location.

First you apply, Then prove you meet reequipments, choose a timeslot on the interview day, live interview with multiple interviewers at once, they start with a introduction then ask you questions. at the end you get to ask your questions. They make a decision

The interview processing was straightforward. The questions they asked were mostly about my resume and experience. Not a lot of technical questions. The interviewers were really nice and engaging- they seemed really interested in what you were saying and gave excellent feedback.

Phone screen followed by an invitation to a hiring fair. Opportunity to apply to multiple additional positions at a networking session on the first day, and 2 on 1 interviews conducted with departments applied to on the second day.
