This was at Raytheon in Tucson, Arizona. They certainly show that they care about the hiring process by bringing in all the department leads and engineers and are eager to show the potential employees what it'd be like to work there.
With that being said, they are very easy to read - as long as you show that you are willing to provide your labor, they'll hiring you. The interview was all behavioral, they are not looking for high grades, they are looking for people who'll do what they say and like it. They'll know if you aren't a good fit if you discuss your long-term plans that don't involve sticking with the company for a long time. Overall, friendly people.
