I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (Woburn, MA) in Oct 2009
Interview
I was interviewed by 3 different departments. Each dept. sent 5 or 6 people to do a 30-45 min interview. It took 2 days, and was exhausting. Being a new hire, there wasn't anything out of the ordinary or extremely difficult question-wise. Raytheon likes to hire new hires in a "college hire" event. THey will fly out/ask 10-15 people who have recently graduated or just finishing school. This is how I was hired. It was myself and 1 other person who accepted positions through this process, although I'm unsure how many were given offers.

Interview
I applied and they set up a Zoom call with me. It was mostly going through my resume and asking me about my comfort with each line item. I was then asked if I was willing to move and, lastly, I was able to ask my own questions.
