5 man panel with scheduled time booked via email. The questions asked were related to the job position and there was a complete professional outlook. If there was anything I had to change differently about the interview process I wouldn't change a thing.
I applied online and the process took several months. After about a month I was contacted by a recruiter to schedule an interview the following day. I was interviewed by the program director and lead engineer who asked some basic questions about my resume and availability. About 6 weeks later I received an offer.

Describe how your experience is a good fit for this role.
Very standard interview process: First I was contacted by HR to setup a phone interview (teleconference) with site and staffing managers. They started off with the job description and followed up with personality questions. They also asked about specific experiences that directly related to the position - which were considerably more important. Lasted about 45 minutes. Followed up the next week and got the position.
