Submitted application in mid-October, bout two weeks later got email to complete HireVue. The questions were behavioral and honestly I did not enjoy the experience. HireVue felt weird and cold participating in. A company should not be that lazy when it comes to interviewing. It’s hard to give a good interview when you are not interacting with a person real time. And to top it all off, took them two months to even reach back out to me. I view this is a blessing in disguise. No need to work for a company that doesn’t put in effort to interview candidates face to face.
