      Customer Service Representative Interview

      21 Aug 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Plano, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at RadNet (Plano, TX)

      Interview

Two interviews consecutive days. First I sat with the recruiter. They were impressed by my knowledge of the company and their mission (which I absorbed from the company's launch page). I then sat with one of the managers who asked very situational questions, questions relevant to the job being applied for. Luckily I had a reference.

      Anonymous interview candidate
      Los Angeles, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at RadNet (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2023

      Interview

It's concerning when a business displays a poor company culture even before completing the interview process. Despite reading multiple negative reviews about the company's culture, I decided to give them a chance. However, I was astounded by the unprofessionalism I encountered. Thursday - The company contacted me for a brief phone interview and scheduled an in-person interview for later that day, which they later asked to reschedule for the next morning. Friday - After an hour-long delay, I had the interview, which went well. They told me I was overqualified and suggested I apply for a position at another location. Later that day, I received a call scheduling another interview for Monday. They mentioned that the position was already promised to someone else they knew, highlighting the issue of nepotism in the job market. Monday - I arrived for the interview, checked in, and was asked to wait. After 30 minutes passed, I began to wonder what was happening now. During this time, I observed staff members treating patients unprofessionally and engaging in loud personal conversations. After waiting for 35 minutes, I decided to leave. I contacted the company to provide them an opportunity to rectify the situation, but after being promised a callback that never came, I concluded that this was a systemic issue. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional this company is, and I strongly advise against engaging with them. Such problems typically stem from the top and indicate a lack of commitment to fostering a positive work environment and maintaining professional standards.
