Radically Digital Software Developer interview questions

The interviewer was quite nice and kept the whole pair programming exercise very calm . They also provided feedback very soon on what can be done better from the technical round.

The first interview was a video call with one of the founders. It was a friendly conversation with situational and culture-fit type questions, and it was also a good opportunity to learn more about the company and their values. The second interview was a tech test with another founder where we walked through building a small app with a core set of requirements. It felt collaborative and not too formal, and it was fun to talk through different approaches to the challenges.
