Fui entrevistado por 2 "devs" que se preocuparam mais em se auto-afirmar do que realmente avaliar. Pareciam dois adolescentes empolgados em mostrar o que conheciam e necessitados por afirmação, maturidade mínima para exercer essa função (devem saber programar, mas claramente não sabem entrevistar)...Péssima experiência, demostraram baixissimo nível de maturidade e senioridade.
A entrevista consistia em duas etapas, uma entrevista (essa que descrevi acima) e um teste prático, que nem foi feito. Ou seja, fui excluido sem nem mesmo ter sido avaliado tecnicamente. E isso porque era uma oportunidade para trabalho remoto como desenvolvedor, e nem se deram ao trabalho de avaliar se sei ou não desenvolver.

Cool company and nice people, but the interview process wasn't stellar. Multiple rounds, not one interviewer had reviewed my resume before speaking with me. Didn't feel mutual - just answer questions, jump through tech hoops, and move onward to next round. Never discussed role specifics, comp band, culture, etc. Once you've made it through 3 rounds, they'll invite you to an onsite. The onsite is a challenging is more challenging than most FAANG interviews - one hour system design and an hour to go implement the system you just designed after.

First tech interview was a leetcode easy/medium style problem. Second was more generic tech screener with a system design question. Last was onsite - full system design and then implementation.
