Raise visited our college as part of the campus recruitment drive. The process was structured in multiple stages to assess both technical and personal strengths of the candidates.
1. Resume Shortlisting
The first round involved shortlisting candidates based on their resumes. Key factors included academic performance, project work, internships, and extracurricular involvement.
2. Online Coding Round
Shortlisted students were then invited to attempt an online coding test. This round tested problem-solving ability and coding logic, with questions covering data structures, algorithms, and basic programming concepts.
3. In-Person Interviews at Company Office
Candidates who cleared the online round were called to the company’s office for further interviews.
• Technical Interview (Resume-Based)
This round focused primarily on the resume. Interviewers asked detailed questions about projects, technical skills, extracurricular activities, and achievements. A few coding questions were also asked, but the focus was on understanding the syntax rather than writing full programs.
• HR Round
The final round was an HR interview. This round assessed communication skills, personality fit, career goals, and general attitude.
4. Results Communication
We were informed that the final results would be shared with the selected candidates through the college placement cell.
