Very straight -forward, questions were mostly about the relevant experience, hard-to fill roles, how dp ypu maintain your workload in general, how do you set your priorities, relationships with management; ways to expand candidates' pipelines; maintaining health relationships between the team/ management etc. Personality assessment (informal).

Interview
(1) An initial phone screen with the hiring manager; (2) three additional phone screens with team members across the recruiting function; (3) an onsite interview consisting of three 30-minute face to face sessions with (a) a Senior Recruiter, (b) the Director of Talent Acquisition, and (c) a summary conversation with the Technical Recruiting Manager and a Team Lead. (4) The final seal of a approval came after a 45-minute Zoom interview with the Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition based in Japan.
The time from an initial outreach on LinkedIn from the hiring manager to a written offer was 5 weeks.
