One group interview, super simple behavioral questions. They did not ask much about prior experience, they just want to make sure you fit their culture and "look". They made us go and pick out an outfit also, the key is to have many layers.
It was my first retail job and I got through it no problem.

The store manager asked for introduction first and asked some questions regarding to previous experiences. They were quiet kind and explained the main responsibilities of the role and a short description of their ideal candidates.

A quite laid back interview, asked the basic questions about previous experience, and some scenarios about difficult customers and how I would handle them in a correct manner while maintaining good customer service
