Went in person. Interviewer was nice but didn't seem interested. Didn't look at the resume I printed and brought. Just asked basic questions and then said they're looking for someone different.
It was a fairly straightforward and easy interview process. They asked very general questions and it also depends on the type of position you want to have and long term goals
