Very easy, didn't really ask that many questions. It was more like a conversation than an interview. I had to answer a few questions about the job. The interviewer really wanted me to have the job.

Because I was working for some government agencies I had to fill out a very long application with I.R.S. transcripts. I took business ethics test and a Microsoft test and I also met in person with hiring agents.
