Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. We set up a time to go over my work experience, the BDM role and why I was looking for new opportunities. The call lasted about 30 minutes. At the end of the call she asked if I would like to come in to the office for an in person interview. The following week I came in and met with the MD and 3 Practice Directors and shadowed a full desk recruiter since the BDM was not in that day I assume. This in person interview lasted about 2 hours. I was then moved to the next round of the interview process for a Montage interview with the SVP. The MD prepped me for the interview and told me she would make or break the hiring decision. During my interview with her she was very negative and it felt like no matter what I said she was not impressed. The interview lasted 45 minutes. I followed up with the MD to see if they wanted to proceed with my candidacy or not and he didn’t respond. I found that unprofessional especially after my first in person interview where he acted like my BFF and was talking about start dates.

Interview
Multiple Interviews and shadowing, 6 rounds, to then never hear back even when I followed up with the recruiter (and core people I interviewed with).
Such disrespect of my time and energy to not even have the decency of a reply when someone has gone that far in the process. A “no thank you we’re not interested” would’ve sufficed.
I will never recommend this organization to anyone seeking employment.

Interview
Short, to the point, all the information was straightforward and upfront. Very positive atmostphere and excited to grow the team. Shared growth opportunities and a day in the life responsibilities in the role at hand, was able to speak with a current employee and shadow prior to accepting the position.
