Interview
Straightforward, polite and professional. The interviewer was knowledgeable about the business and properly represented their customer well. The conversation was smooth and provided a good picture of what the job looked like even if they weren't the hiring manager for the role. It was overall a good experience

Interview
quick, informal and easy. the interviewer seemed rushed and needed to end interview quickly. but I ended up getting the job. however I quit after a week. the company is pretty good
In person interview conducted onsite. Formal, multi-tiered (hiring/reporting manager), did not meet with colleagues. Interview conducted within small office vs. in manager office ( impersonal space). Overall average interview but be prepared to take online personality test in order to determine your personality type. Not sure if being used to make actual hiring decision or not.
