I got a Skype interview request and the process started. There was three people in the interview, one line manager and two developers. They seemed not to take interview process seriously because they had seen my CV first time in the interview. Asked very basic questions like "Did you hear about Maven?". Also, they were behaving disrespectfully like chatting and laughing some of them in the back.
