Flew me down to their facility in Arizona, basically a meet and greet. The interview was to make sure you would be a person that they could work with and were not crazy. I asked a lot of questions and they were impressed by that. Very friendly interviewers, I was emailed that I had gotten the position a few hours after the interview.
