I met with my direct manager as well as the department director. I was asked questions regarding my experience as well as questions that do not pertain to my future role with the company.

What was your experience with property management?
It was a two part process. Moved quickly and heard back with in a day. The process was very casual and inviting. The recruiter was very speedy and responsive and answered all my questions.

Quick and straight to the point, everything was discussed concisely and properly. Was interviewed by HR twice and once by the management itself. I'm now with RP and currently having a good time.

Scheduled initial interview. Interview lasted for 15 minutes. Determined my experience and desired salary warranted a higher level position but none of those positions were available at that time. I was told to continue reviewing their open positions on their website and apply accordingly.
