I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rebuilding Together (Washington, DC)
Interview
The interview process went fairly quickly once I was contacted. I did a phone interview with the hiring supervisor and then an in-person interview with the hiring supervisor, their supervisor and the department head. The interview was fairly standard, they offered opportunity to ask questions of the company as well.

Question 1
They asked very standard personality type questions. There were a few questions that focused on my position, but again very standard.

Interview
I applied and was contacted for a screening interview within an hour. The screening interview was one week later. I was told after the interview that the hiring manager wanted to meet with me for a second interview, but was out of town. Almost a month after the initial interview, after never hearing back from the hiring manager, I was informed that the company was moving forward with a different candidate. I found it very unprofessional that the organization would tell me I was going to be interviewed, then not contact me for a full month before rejecting me. I do not feel as though my time was respected by the organization during the interview process.
