Applied online and recieved an email two days later asking to take an online personality assessment. About a week after that I was contacted to do a Hire Vue video interview. Didn't feel too confident after that and was suprised when I got a call saying they were flying me out to Santa Monica for the final round. Three days before I left for CA I was given instructions to create a business case presentation and a short "about me" presentation.
The first day you get there you met at the HQ for dinner with your hiring manager and your fellow candidates. Super informal interview. The next day you all meet up again for breakfast at HQ and then present your cases to the hiring manager as well as your competitors.
Found out about a week after getting back that I did not get the internship.
Out of 3500 applicants they flew out 75 across the US and only 6 for the position I was applying for. From there they chose 1 intern for that position. EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE!
My best advice is to reach out to people who are already involved with the company as well as having some crazy life or work experience.
