Interview
It was a video interview with pre-recorded questions. You get about a minute or so to prepare then the timer goes off for you to answer the prompt. In the beginning, you get to do a "trial" session and practice the recording part. Your answer will not be for that recording.

Why do you think you are suitable for this position?
Started with a AI screen, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, followed by an interview with her manager. Overall great experience, definitely stress the values and come in with strategies of how you'll do the growth job specifically for your campus needs
Very abstract, there were quick fire video interview questions after the initial application which were ok. Then in the actual interview I was taken to a busy area with wasn't the most professional and it was a 1v1 situation competing against someone else for the job. They ask you to sell a can of red bull and explain their history. Free rebel at the end of the interview though.
