They asked questions over video and you had (I believe) two attempts to record your answers to them. If you pass this stage, they invite you to do a live interview over Zoom.
First you had to be invited to do a video interview where you just answered questions and submitted a video of yourself. Then you were asked to join a zoom call with two people from the brand to go into more detail.
Lengthy! Went through so many rounds from the video interview question prompts, to a phone call interview, and then another interview. Had to prepare a case analysis as well, all to be a student ambassador for the company.
