you apply online and wait for them to call.The first interview is very laid back. The second consisted of you telling them what you would do if you were hired on. The third was with the field marketing manager and the marketing specialist. Make sure you do your research! Also know about your school.

Describe your campus. What is there to do for fun?
Creating a case study for a hypothetical event on campus, created a presentation with a prompt and hypothetical budget. Presentation was 15 minutes long and was the last step of interview process.

Video recorded answers then In-person interview at the office. Was not too bad I recommend good lighting for video. Just be honest and try and bring out good energy! You only have once chance to record the video answers.
