First Phone interview: Very casual and easy. Basic information needed. (Have Resume I'm front of you.) Physical Interview: Dress Business professional. You'll have a 30 min lesson on the company learn the 6 steps of there sales process. You will be tested after on the sales process and how well you can pretend sell the interviewer doing their sales process. And everything else is basic interview procedure.
