The Sales Interview was fairly straight forward. I applied through a referral application and had a short phone interview with the recruiter about my background. Afterwards we scheduled an in person interview with a Sales Team Manager, where once again we discussed my experience and abilities, after which I shadowed a Team Member for approximately an hour. Finally, I was asked to meet with the Director of Sales and Operations where he provided me with a mock sales pitch and asked me to sale him the product. I did and after several rebuttals he decided that the service was good for him. Afterwards on the very same day I was offered the position.
