What sales experience do you have prior to applying?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC) in Mar 2016
Interview
Pretty easy process. Phone interview which took about 10 minutes. Then they bring you into a group interview where they put you into a room to watch a video. Different managers are walking in to see if you have any questions. SO MAKE SURE YOU SAY SOMETHING. They have cameras in the room... I THINK. Then they bring you into a face to face.

Interview
Open zoom meeting room for interviews. Two quick rounds of interviews. We went over call scripts and got some feedback. Overall a very easy interviewing process. I was given an offer and now have to submit to a background check and drug screen

The interview process was smooth. Normal
questions & they’re very straight forward , look into the company before applying cause they ask you about it. It’s also very hard to get an interview with red ventures so if you got it then they’re really looking forward to hiring you. Also they’re going to ask you to sell something to them, they’ll pick an object in the room and you have to make a pitch on the spot but they are very friends & will train you very well
