I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Indian Land, SC) in Nov 2012
Interview
Attended the corporate Interview Day in November 2012. Planning on hiring approx. 200 reps by 12/31 for 3 new corporate contract companies. Were about 25 in my 1/2 hour time slot for campus tour, info session and 15-min 1:1 interview. Were 10 1/2 hour time slots - lots of interested applicants. Floowing short interview, plan was to let folks know in a few days and if selected, return for more interviews. While I thought everything went well, I was not asked to return. Age is a huge issue with them. Over 35? Forget about it. Too old to party.
Something about this company smells funky, and not in a good sesne. "The next Google"? Hardly. I'm thinking more of a "flash in the pan" that will crash and burn, in time. Employees are surveyed and that's what got them the "Best Place to Work" awards, but employyes probably fibbed to avoid reprimands/firing. Word is getting out in the Charlotte metro - they did NOT win the award for 2011, and surely won't for 2012.

Question 1
None. Pretty much all resume-related for the first go-round. Interviewer was nothing special, but OK. Head of a business unit.
The two ladies that interviewed me were full of great advice on the job and very insightful about what the job entails. Looking forward to beginning my sales career here!

What sales experience do you have prior to applying?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Raleigh, NC) in Sept 2021
Interview
Open zoom meeting room for interviews. Two quick rounds of interviews. We went over call scripts and got some feedback. Overall a very easy interviewing process. I was given an offer and now have to submit to a background check and drug screen

Question 1
How have you handled miscommunication between you and management in the past?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
The interview process was smooth. Normal
questions & they’re very straight forward , look into the company before applying cause they ask you about it. It’s also very hard to get an interview with red ventures so if you got it then they’re really looking forward to hiring you. Also they’re going to ask you to sell something to them, they’ll pick an object in the room and you have to make a pitch on the spot but they are very friends & will train you very well
