The recruiters were very transparent and thoughtful. I knew exactly what to expect, who I was. meeting with and what to expect. I appreciated the guide they sent so I always knew what was coming next,
The interview process places a heavy emphasis on unpaid take-home assignments that require significant time and strategic thinking. While this may be positioned as part of the evaluation, there is limited transparency on how these assignments are actually used or weighed, and many candidates do not progress despite strong submissions.
The process can feel one-sided, with candidates investing substantial effort without meaningful feedback or a clear path to hiring. I would encourage the company to either streamline assignments, compensate candidates for extensive work
The interview process was a smooth process with very professional support throughout. I felt that there were clear expectations, next steps, and follow through along the way. It was interesting to go through.
