Redflank Solutions interview questions

The psychometric assessment was 4 hours long. Not too bad but different compared to other firms, very practical work. After that, a virtual interview with junior consultants was conducted, and thereafter another round with consultants. Overall a good experience.

Online tasks, three interviews. The first interview was with HR, then the team and the line manager. They asked situation type questions and normal interview questions, such as why do you want to work for us etc.
