The interview process at Redlist was average overall, though it leaned toward the more challenging side. It began with a long and engaging discussion with the CEO that lasted around two to three hours. After waiting about a month and a half, I was invited to continue with a probation phase that included role-plays, exit interviews, and follow-up discussions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions throughout focused on my previous experience, how I handle various work situations, my relationships with colleagues and managers, and my perspective on professional growth. It was a thorough process that tested both my communication skills and my ability to reflect on my past experiences.
I applied online. I interviewed at Redlist (Lindon, UT) in Apr 2021
Interview
They are completely unorganized. I interviewed with them for a junior position about a year ago and it felt like the interview got passed around for 20 minutes until someone finally came into the room again. When I applied again, (I didn't realize it was the same company until I got the address), they asked for a phone interview and no-showed. A few hours later they texted me saying, "Sorry we had a war room situation. Can you do it next Monday?" to which I researched the company, realized it was indeed the same one. I said sure and I am currently sitting on the zoom call waiting for them to answer 7 minutes after the scheduled time. An insane amount of unprofessionalism.
