Very strange interview process - whereas initially my application was declined from the get go, I then got contacted for an interview, which was cancelled because they had found a candidate. The job was then reposted, and after a lot of chasing on my side, I finally spoke to an HR representative who was very unprepared for the discussion. All I was asked was around my compensation expectations, and they shared contract fell through twice with two different candidates. No follow-up on their side - and after chasing for updates, I was then informed they found other candidates who match their requirements better. Very disorganised, not thoughtful or robust enough. I would not recommend applying here.
