Came in and filled out an employment application. Sat in a waiting room with several other candidates. Had a quick 10 minute interview. If you do well on the first they ask you to come in for a second, longer, more detailed interview.
I am not a business major, but was interested because they suggested it was manager role. Instead it is a sales role that you then get management training for. This role isn't in my regular field of work, but my interest was peaked when they mentioned being in a management position with the possibility of making 6 figures. After the interview I got the sense that this wasn't the case jumping into the role. The people there were incredibly personable and nice, I just got the impression that they we're withholding a lot of details.
If you're a business major looking into breaking into your field I suggest giving this company a try, otherwise treat it as good interview practice and move on.
