The interview process was like this,
1. Online questions and tasks assessment test (1 hour)
2. Voice call interview with Christian from rentokil recruitment (20 minutes)
3. 1st stage online video interview set up by Claire, with Lee and Andrew in the interview from rentokil management (1 hour)
4. 2nd stage interview - shadow Pest Control Technician in the field (for 2 hours). Then London office second-stage interview (1 hour)

They asked me what I learned in the field while shadowing the pest control technician.

Interview
The interview process was excellent from start to finish. It began with a Pest Technician Skills Review, which I found really useful as it gave a clear insight into the role and what to expect. This was followed by a phone screening with Christian and Claire, who were both very informative and helpful.
I then had a virtual interview with Alfie and Lee, who made me feel completely at ease while discussing my background and motivations. Next, I completed a shadowing shift with Jaber, whose knowledge and experience made the learning process enjoyable and informative. Later that day, I attended a final interview with Lee and Rob, who were again welcoming and relaxed which really made me feel at ease
Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and after I was offered the role, Christian was the first to reach out and congratulate me, which was a really nice suprise

Interview
The process starts with an online assessment involving competency based questions along with a mock phone call and video recording of your customer service skills.
The next stage involves a phone call talking more about the role and answering basic eligibility questions.
Afterwards you have a lengthy video call with the local management team to go into further detail about your history and skills.
Final stage is a going out field for a couple hours to get a hands on talk with a technician.
The whole recruitment team (Christian, Amy, Claire) were exceptional and made the experience more grounded and friendly.
Also thanks to the technician Ben for the great insight into the job.
